For a small fee she will review your current documentation, credit, income and assets and will guide you to becoming the most qualified for a mortgage loan that you can be. She will also review all documentation provided to you by your current loan officer (if applicable) and will advise as to if what they are telling you is the same thing as what you are receiving. She will also make sure that you completely understand your mortgage loan, the fees associated with it and the true costs including accumulated interest.
